Hardy Erlinger
Hardy is responsible for server-side programming tasks, managing our projects and keeping the company rolling. He received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for ASP.NET/IIS nine consecutive times between 2006 and 2015, is the founder of .NET Developers Group Munich, a speaker at various user group meetings and conferences and co-organizer of the yearly PyConWeb conference for Python developers.

- Interesting projects with new challenges.
- Music by Chick Corea, Miles Davis, Pat Metheny, Mike Stern, John Scofield and Imogen Heap as well as compositions by Mozart, Beethoven and Mendelssohn.
- Learning new things. Nothing beats competence in any given subject.
- Movies by Tim Burton, Luc Besson, Wim Wenders, Makoto Shinkai, Hayao Miyazaki and Naoko Yamada.
- Paintings by Wassily Kandinsky, Vincent van Gogh and Edward Hopper.
- Books by William Gibson, Andreas Eschbach and Siegfried Lenz.
- Writing his own music.
- Spending time with his family, away from work.
