Transparency
For larger projects we provide our customers with access to our internal bug tracking system. This enables them to observe the development progress and to enter bugs by themselves which they have found during testing. This in turn accelerates error analysis and correction.
If difficulties or delays should arise during work on the project we inform you in time and in detail. This is accompanied by a plan for remedying the situation as quickly as possible.
Quality
We are constantly working at improving our results, whether by training, optimized processes or the use of automated tools for quality control. Regular and comprehensive tests, both manual and automated go without saying.

These enable us to focus our energy on the essential aspects of an application rather than on its infrastructure. Additionally, the quality of the final product is raised considerably by employing commercial components that have been perfected in hundreds or thousands of hours by specialized teams.
